Ask for Rob, he’ll take care of you. They have a great staff and always have great communication. I take my car here every time I need mechanical work done of any kind. I have a 2007 BMW 335i, and they have taken great care of it. Highly recommend them!

I have lights on my dashboard like a Christmas tree and yet you didn’t even discuss the warning lights with me. You do a decent job but don’t give any extra value added. It seems for a small effort you could produce more value for your customer and make additional revenue. How much does it cost to plug into the machine and check codes?

This is the only place I'll ever get my car worked on. They're very prompt, and do fantastic work. That being said, I only trust the Taylorsville location, I had a bad experience at the Middletown location. Prices are great, and staff is very friendly. They even offer a shuttle service.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. This location was on my street and my usual mechanic was overbooked and I was so fearful of my car shutting down on me on the road so I took it to Stein. They charged me $100 just to look at my car. They wanted to charge me a total of around $350 for a battery change. Maybe I am a dumb girl who doesn’t know anything about cars but charging that much for something so simple is such a rip off.

I will never go back to this place. I went once in 2015 and they left the oil cap off after they finished. For that I paid $130 (ish) only to be told when I called to let them know the man said "you must have done something." Nope. I took it back in and they redid the oil change. Very inconvenient. Fast forward to this past week. I figured I would give them another shot because of the location for my scheduled Service C. I get a text around 8 that my car had been pulled into the lot. Another around 11:30 saying they were inspecting it. Finally after 3, I get a text and email with an estimate for over $4100 for the "required service C" work. Most of which I had done last year. I told the man all I wanted was the oil change and the man tried telling me they couldn't turn off the service light off since the other things they recommended weren't done. I know this is wrong and told him so and he kept insisting that was the truth. I replied that I was on my way to pick up the car. When I showed up he said, I went ahead and told them to turn that light off. Thought that couldn't be done... Hmm. Anyway, they charged me $248 for the oil change. Let me repeat, $248. Unbelievable. I will never go back to this place. Never! I don't care about the convenience of location. I would never recommend this to anyone. My only recommendation is to keep on driving to find another place.

I had my Benz serviced two months ago on a brake job. Discovered excessive bake dust on my rims. I called them about my concerns and was told to bring the car back. Picked my car up that same evening new brakes no more excessive brake dust. I prefer Stein's service over dealership without a doubt. Excellent customer service by this location! Peace
