Came to Stein Automotive after finding out Mini of Louisville unexpectedly closed, and I needed service in my Mini. I was given an appointment that was convenient for me and my schedule, which I really appreciated. I am very impressed with the texted updates on what was found, and what needed to be done. The price seemed very fair for what needed to be done. I need to have service done on my other Mini, and I will be taking it to Stein Automotive.

Was interested in making a car purchase from out of town and wanted the car look over before deciding to purchase and Stein was able to accommodate that need. They gave me a thorough diagnosis of the key items. They didn't address some of the specific issues that concerned me but I was satisfied overall.

The best part of my experience was the text updates that they send. I knew exactly when my car was taken in for inspection, when they had completed diagnosis, and when they were doing and done with the work. I didn't have an appointment but they were prompt with attention and the job (front end shaking- new rotors and brakes) was well done. I didn't shop around because I'd taken another car here over a year ago and was pleased with the service. They may have been a little more expensive than other places but I, who am usually cheap, consider it worth it when it comes to my car and my desire for peace of mind. I also appreciate that they didn't pressure me to buy any service add-ons.

Travis were so glad you liked our new texting program, it’s very helpful and most of of clients love it! We keep you updated every step of the way though the repair process all the way to the quality control check and notifying you when your car is being washed.
