If you value your time, don't go to Stein. They will not call you when you need information on your vehicle's repair. Either you will have to wait excessively long for the repair, or you'll need to pull your repair from the queue because you need your car and they never called to let you know a reasonable timeline for the repair. You're better off using an organization that values your time. Update: After a response to my initial post, I expected to hear from a rep from Stein. Maybe I missed phone call or an email, but as of January 13, 2019, I've heard nothing. The issue with my vehicle turned out to be a fatal flaw; something Stein easily could have diagnosed and treated. After taking my car to another repair shop, it became clear that if I had been able to get my car repaired any sooner, it would have been repairable and the car would not have been total'ed out from the issue that Stein never bothered to call me about. Fair warning; You are likely better off using an organization that values your time.
